Raphael Tuju came out to speak about some damning things that Deputy President William Samoei Ruto was planning behind President Uhuru Kenyatta’s back.

Speaking in a recent radio interview at Inooro FM on Friday 4, 2022 the Jubilee Party Secretary-General said that Ruto’s character is not presidential at all.

He went further to urge Kenyans not to vote for him in the upcoming general elections because then they would be gambling with their future.

“Character matters a lot, you must look at someone’s character,” Tuju said in part in his interview.

Speaking up for the first time about the matter, Tuju disclosed that Deputy President William Samoei Ruto plotted to sabotage President Uhuru Kenyatta’s administration so that he can make the country ungovernable.

For the alleged plans to work seamlessly, Tuju noted that DP Ruto approached ODM Party leader Raila Odinga long before the 2018 handshake so that they could join forces and defeat President Kenyatta’s agenda in Parliament. Raila Odinga refused.

“He[Deputy President William Samoei Ruto] was the first person to approach Raila [Odinga] so that they could blackmail the President,” Tuju explained.

After learning of DP Ruto’s plans, President Uhuru Kenyatta acted swiftly and averted his elaborate plans and decided to work with Raila Odinga, at least according to Raphael Tuju.
