Aisha Jumwa Gladly Receives A Small Gift From A Hustler In The Middle Of Her Speech

Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa on Monday gifted some little money by a man who had attended DP William Ruto’s rally in Mvita.

It is alleged that Jumwa was gifted a hundred shillings by the man.

The MP was addressing the crowd about the issue of land grabbing that has affected the coastal people over the years when the man reached to her and gave her the present.

“Ninywe soda?Thank you,” Jumwa responded to the kind gesture.

In her speech, Jumwa criticized ODM leader Raila Odinga and President Uhuru Kenyatta for refusing to release the TJRC report so as to expose land grabbers.

“Raila and his handshake partner, President Uhuru Kenyatta, have refused to solve our land issues. But don’t worry, soon we’ll have a solution,” Jumwa said.

She however asked DP Ruto to first implement the TJRC report so that the land issues can be dealt with once and for all.

“We urge you Deputy President William Ruto, when you ascend to Presidency, please start by implementing the Truth Justice and Reconciliation Commission (TJRC) report,” the law maker said

DP Ruto used the opportunity to push his bottom-up agenda and said that his government will ensure that title deeds are issued so as to end the squatter problem.

“We must sort out land issues affecting Kenyans at large. “This government has issued over 500,000 title deeds over the last nine years. My government shall prioritize the issuance of title deeds to end this squatter problem,” added the Deputy President.
