Nyota Ndogo confessed she is suffering from sleep deprivation and has to take sleeping pills for her to fall asleep.

The singer took to social media to narrate her ordeal revealing that if she doesn’t take sleeping pills she will just be awake throughout the night.

“Aki asubui naiona hivi ikiingia.Mimi kulala mpaka dawa ya kulala.Mimi Utes Ria na usingizi,” Nyota Ndogo wrote on Facebook.

A fan commenting on her post suggested her condition he was caused by intense craving for s3x.

However Nyota Ndogo vehemently denied that she was even yearning to get laid.

“Uko horny?” A fan asked Nyota Ndogo.

To which she replied;

“Am not wallai am not.”

Sleep deprivation is caused by consistent lack of sleep or reduced quality of sleep. Getting less than 7 hours of sleep on a regular basis can eventually lead to health consequences that affect your entire body. This may also be caused by an underlying sleep disorder.

Lack of sleep can have serious consequences on your body and can even interfere with your sex life. Sleep loss has been associated with sexual problems like erectile dysfunction, infertility, and a lower sex drive, reduced sexual desire and arousal. [sic]

Nyota Ndogo could also be suffering from posttraumatic stressed caused by the raid at her home and failed kidnapping.
