NTV Presenter Amina Abdi Haunted By DJ Lithium's Suicide

Amina Abdi is among people who have been blamed following the tragic death of Capital FM’s DJ Alex Murimi alias DJ Lithium who killed himself.

DJ Lithium took poison inside the Capital FM offices on Wednesday January 19th, and was later rushed to Nairobi hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

Before his death, Lithium deleted all his social media accounts and texted close friends and family telling them he is gone.

Following DJ Lithium’s suicide, Amina Abdi and Miss Mandi came under scathing attacks after they were exposed as being very toxic to junior employees forcing some to have suicidal thoughts.

Amina and Mandi both worked at Capital FM where DJ Lithium was also an employee. The late mix master reportedly commited suicide because of work related stress.

Amina Abdi and Miss Mandi were exposed as bullies at work place by people who worked with them is subordinate positions.

On Friday January 21st, Amina Abdi was forced to address claims that she is a very toxic person while speaking on her show The Trend on NTV.

She denied being a bully but nevertheless apologized to everyone who felt she mistreated them.

“This week has not ended well for me and some of the names in the industry. It was very unfortunate that my name was dragged and pulled among people who had a lot of receipts and proof that you know they are not easy to work with.

“If there is anyone out there who I have encountered who felt that I was mean or I didn’t give them the kind of reception they expected that I apologize for but toxic I am not and I just show people a lot of love,” Amina said.
