Inside Pinnacle Towers, Kenya’s Tallest Building

Upon completion, the Pinnacle Towers complex, which includes The Pinnacle Tower and Pinnacle Tower II, will be the tallest building not only in Kenya but in Africa as a whole.

Pinnacle Tower II will hold 45 floors and is 659 feet high. The building with house a 255-room Upper Hil Hilton Hotel. It also has residential spaces.

While the Pinnacle Tower will be 70 stories and 1050 feet high. Its top floor will be at the 1,000 feet mark, with an observatory standing at 902 feet. If you wish to reside in this tower, you don’t have to worry, since there will be 46 floors left for you to chose a residential place of your liking. The other floors will have 11 officer floors and nine floors for retail space.

To make your stay in the tower as luxurious as possible, the building will feature amenities such as a gym, a spa, a pool, and conference facilities just in case you wish to hold a meeting in the tower.

For the tower to come out right, many companies have come together to ensure that. The project managers include Jabavu Village Ltd and White Lotus Group, while Meinhardt is the structural and MEP engineer. Sketch Studio is its Architect of Record.
