The demand letter to Andrew Kibe says he must stop using Akothee’s image for profit and hot self pleasure.
The ongoing feud between Andrew Kibe and Akothee, is escalating and becoming increasingly messy. It appears that Akothee has now taken legal action against Kibe for allegedly using her brand and defaming her name on social media.
Kibe claimed that he was sent a WhatsApp message by an individual who identified themselves as Akothee’s lawyer. The message warned Kibe against using Akothee’s brand name to generate content on all his channels. 
As per his usual attitude, Kibe appeared unfazed and retaliated against Akothee by claiming that he is fearless. He argued that once someone uploads content on social media, it becomes public property.
Who gives a sh!t, you can’t tell me what to do!” says Kifee.
Kibe claimed that Akothee cannot speak ill of him without expecting a response from him, but when he defends himself, she threatens to sue him. He stated that he too can take legal action because he considers Akothee’s behavior to be nonsensical.
“He also wonders why it is okay for Akothee to abuse him but when he responds, she starts catching feelings. “You are public or private, you decide,” Kibe advises Akothee.
