Machachari Star Govi: I Will Never Introduce My Girlfriend In Public

Machachari Star Govi: My Life Has Been All About Scratching Their Backs And They Don't Scratch Mine

Govi of former Citizen TV hit drama series Machachari is keeping his personal life extremely private, unlike other thespians.

The popular actor whose real name is Malik Lemuel says that the social media space has a lot of pressure and hatred, and as such he prefers to protect the people he loves from online trolls.

Speaking during a YouTube interview, Govi said he doesn’t want anyone he loves to go through what he personally has experienced on social media.

“I avoid social media because I do not like to be talked about all the time. Most artists drown in depression because of oversharing on social media. People knew me out of craft, let them know me by that and not because of my private life,” Govi said.

He also noted that he couldn’t even post his car online, he just wants his personal life to be extremely private.

The popular actor further revealed that he would be travelling to US to visit his dad for the first time.

“Everyone in the Machachari crew has moved on and we all have things we are working on. I am being managed by my mum, I will be travelling to the US. My dad lives in the US and so I will be visiting him for the first time,” he said.
