Jalang’o and Betty Kyallo clashed and they ultimately decided to throw barbs at each other on social media.
The two celebrities locked horns because of rival social events that were taking place in the coastal city of Mombasa.
Jalang’o took subliminal shots at Betty for organizing a parallel event to that one of Kamene Goro – his former colleague at Kiss FM. 
Taking to his Instagram stories, the comedian-turned-politician called out Betty saying that her event would flop since Kamene’s gig was already packed to capacity.
“Don’t waste your time planning events in Mombasa when you know this is Africa is on… utachomeka tu…..,” wrote Jalang’o.
Betty Kyallo hit back at Jalang’o in a quick rejoinder. The media personality insisted that her event was the only gig worth attending in Mombasa.
“The only event in Mombasa tonight. Reef hotel, Moonshine,” Betty Kyallo wrote.
