Otile Brown says he has the potential to make a great political leader as several celebs are jostling for various positions in the August 9th polls.
The singer spoke about joining politics amid ongoing campaigns where celebs like Jalang’o, Bahati, MC Jessy among others are contesting for political seats.
“Everyone is free to do what makes them happy. For some individuals, it’s a calling, for others, it’s a business, and for others, it’s an exit plan,” Otile told a local publisher.
The singer further stated that he has the potential to be a great leader but does not want to be subjected to the same pressures that lawmakers face once elected.
“I would be a terrific leader but sometimes our people fear us because they don’t care about excellent leaders anymore, just like some people don’t pay attention to good music anymore, people aren’t ready for change, everyone is self-centered,” he said.
