MC Jessy has left netizens talking after surfacing online in what appears to be a skirt.

The comedian-cum politician unleashed photos himself dressed in a Scottish attire known as kilt. The kilt is a knee-length garment that is usually worn by men in the foreign country.

“Wale mnajua sana hii bag ni ya nini?” he captioned the photo.

MC Jessy was talking about the bag that is tied to the front of the kilt. It is identified as the Sporran and serves as a pocket where one can keep personal items, since the kilt has no pockets.

Netizens however could not keep calm with some wondering what the motive behind the dressing code was. Below are some of their comments.
