Zari Hassan cautioned Kenyan women to be careful with people they go out on a date with especially in Airbnb houses.
In recent days in Kenya, people have been discussing transactional relationships following the murders of young men who met their killers for sexapades in Airbnbs.
In less than two weeks, three young women have been found murdered in controversial ways, two of them in Airbnb houses where they went to meet their men.
Socialite Zari Hassan, who is in Kenya to promote the Samsung mobile phone brand, was able to talk about this murder which many have said is targeting women unjustly.
Speaking to the press, Zari advised the sisters to be careful with people they date especially in Airbnb houses.
Zari said that now is the time for girls to take more care of themselves and prioritize their lives instead of putting their interests first and pursuing love without knowing that it is a death trap.
“I think we need to be more vigilant, the killings were very cruel, I saw them on TikTok, I saw bodies being loaded from houses, AirBnB, really, sister, if you really need to go on those dates, make sure you inform your close people where you are going and where you are going who to meet and things like that,” Zari advised.
