Ababu Namwamba, what exactly attracted you to this lady to get confused to use government platforms to impress her?
According to Mumias East MP Peter Salasya, CS Ababu Namwamba is using government systems to impress Azziad after nominating her to the Talanta Hela Council under the Ministry of Youth, Sports, and Arts.
After her appointment, Kileleshwa MCA Robert Alai also wondered what experience Azziad would bring to the committee.
“I love and respect Azziad. However, I don’t know her competence. Beyond TikTok dancing, I don’t understand what serious thing she knows about creative economy or even identifying talent. We have enough Kenyans who know much more about this. I can share some names.” Alai tweeted.
Via his Twitter account Salasya asks, “Ababu Namwamba what exactly attracted you to this lady to get confused to use gvt platforms to impress her.”
He also believes CS Ababu Namwamba is shaming the Luhya community after making the nomination considering there so many over qualified candidates from their tribe.
“Wacha kuangusha luhyas in gvt hii kitu ungefaulu tu bila hizi zote.when I call Ababu as an MP for serious engagement he can’t pick calls but he is quick for this nonsense!” he says.
