Kajala Embraces Being A Grandmother At Age 40 After Her Daughter Paula Gave Birth

Fridah Kajala Masanja, who was born on July 22, 1983, has no qualms whatsoever about being a grandmother at age 40.

The veteran Bongo movie actress is celebrating a new milestone as she embraces her role as a grandmother.

The joyous occasion follows the announcement made by her 22-year-old daughter, Paula, who shared the arrival of her first child on Tuesday, May 21, 2024.

Kajala, bursting with happiness, expressed her delight in a heartwarming video where she cuddled her newborn grandson, affectionately named Princess Amara.

In the social media post capturing the tender moment, Kajala affectionately penned, “You can call me bibi Amara (Amara’s grandmother),” underscoring her newfound role in the family.

Paula and her partner, singer Marioo, welcomed their bundle of joy, Princess Amara, into the world on May 3, 2024, although they waited until May 21 to share the delightful news with the world.

Expressing profound gratitude to God for the precious gift of their child, Paula shared her heartfelt emotions, proclaiming, “AMARA❤️ 03/05/2024. I just want to say Thank you God🙏. My heart is full of gratitude. Thank you for choosing me to be your mother😍.”

Marioo, Paula’s co-parent, echoed her sentiments, extending thanks to the divine for the blessing of their child and wishing their daughter a life filled with health and abundant blessings.

Their joyous announcement came after the two Bongo stars embarked on a journey of love early last year, following Paula’s previous relationship with singer Rayvanny.

As they step into parenthood together, Paula and Marioo’s heartfelt expressions of love and gratitude reflect the joy and fulfillment of their newfound roles as parents.
