Kamene Goro and her husband DJ Bonez are celebrating one year in marriage.
The couple walked down the isle in April 2023 in an invites only event.
The radio girl marked the anniversary admitting that it is not a walk in the park. She also extended her gratitude to her husband for making her a wife, vowing to always love him.
“The thing about marriage is if you are lucky and blessed enough to find the right person, it’s not easy, but it’s totally worth it! To the man who dated me, courted me and married me @deejaybonez254 may God always bless you and keep you. Thank you for making me your wife, for loving me, taking care of me, most importantly being my biggest supporter!
I love you then, now and always!” Kamene wrote.
She further thanked their two friends who have been cheering and motivating them, not forgetting their silent supporters
“To @mwasiaji and @_jimy254 thank you for standing with us through this journey, we are so blessed to have cheerleaders, role models and friends in you two, may God always be with you and for you!And to all of our silent supporters we love you so much, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!” she said.
“It’s been one year, to many more!” Kamene went on to celebrate.

The anniversary comes just weeks after her birthday, where she was suspected to be pregnant because of how she was walking.
She however debunked the rumors saying that she underwent a knee surgery back in January, hence the walking style.
“I’ve seen a lot of comments, and speculation about how I was walking on my birthday… that I’m pregnant. Like, come on guys… those sentiments are so unfounded and ignorant.
“Remember in January I had surgery on my knee… I haven’t walked in the long… I started to try walking without my crutches… It’s been such a difficult recovery honestly,” Kamene said.
