Kenyan pop sensation Nadia Mukami has taken a firm stand on relationships, making it clear that she would walk away if her partner, Arrow Bwoy, ever entertained the idea of marrying a second wife.
In a recent interview with SPM Buzz, Nadia addressed the possibility of polygamy in their relationship, a practice allowed under Islamic law.
“If he ever brings another wife, I’ll be gone. I know my worth,” Nadia stated. “I’m the full package, and I won’t compete for space in a relationship. If he doesn’t want me, I’ll leave—I’m good at that.”
Nadia’s comments come on the heels of Arrow Bwoy’s earlier admission that he has considered taking a second wife to expand their family, a suggestion that Nadia has been vocal about opposing.
Arrow Bwoy’s desire for more children seems to be at odds with Nadia’s firm position against polygamy, and her remarks suggest that the subject remains a sensitive one in their relationship.
In an interview with Oga Obinna, Arrow Bwoy revealed his aspirations to expand his family, despite Nadia’s reservations.
“Nadia is a good wife but I have a problem since she does not want more children,” Arrow Bwoy stated.
“I am inspired to have more kids but Nadia is not ready. She is a baby girl and I want her to remain the same. I don’t want her to be stressed.
“So I have requested her to allow me to get another woman so I can have more children. I want two more children. I am a Muslim and polygamy is allowed. I am hopeful about that. I will retain her as my first wife,” he added.
