Eve Mungai Opens Up On Financial Constraints During Her Relationship With Trevor

Content Creator Mungai Eve has admitted that she is in a better place both mentally and financially after parting ways with Director Trevor.

In a YouTube video, the 24-year old said that the money she makes as a brand is enough for her compared to as when she was with Trevor.

She added that as brand, it would have been best if Trevor had another source of income, instead of both of them relying only on her brand.

“This year has been my best year, financially, mentally, hiccups are here and there but I would say financially, everyone should just have there own income. Ukiwa pekee yako mambo ni rahisi. I think mkiwa wawili kila mtu akuwe na income yake but mkiwa wawili na mnatumia pesa ya mtu mmoja kidogo…

“When you are working together with someone, am a brand and we are working together,  unless the other party has another income as well basically am the… Kumbe mtu akiwa peka yake pesa  zinatosha. Mkiwa wawili hazitoshi, halafu pia ukiwa peke yako halafu uko na mtu anakubuyia kila kitu yenye unataka,” she said.

At the same time, Eve admitted that she is in new relationship that is almost clocking a year.

“Saa hizi anenda kumaliza one year. I am already in a relationship. I am always in a relationship, by the time namalizana na huku I know who is next. Also you guys got to know about everything late. Mambo ya social media achana nayo. Naenda one year anniversary. Hii(new relationship) ni kama iko na potential, Mungu asaidie,” she said.

Eve said that by marrying Trevor, she  would have felt like she was the one paying her own dowry.

“Sahizi mahali niko naona nitapelekewa(dowry) lakini pale pengine nadhani mimi ndio ningekuwa nimejitolea dowry. If we are making money together it means I know everything, it is our money,” she explained.
