However, it was not just Nasenya who caught the attention of fashion enthusiasts. Keen observers quickly unearthed images of Sports and Arts CS Ababu Namwamba sporting the same stylish footwear weeks prior.

The resemblance between Nasenya and Namwamba’s shoe selection resonated deeply with the Kenyan audience especially after the CS nominated Azziad to the Talanta Hela Committee whose formation was challenged in court for not following correct procedure.
Talanta Hela was created to provide a platform for aspiring artists to showcase their skills and pursue their dreams.

“We picked up Caroline Anyango from the recent secondary schools ball games. Within days, this 17-year old form 3 student at St. Cecilia Namenya Girls has gone to Ndola, Zambia and won Kenya bronze medal in Javelin at the Africa Junior Athletics Championships. This is #TalantaHela” the CS wrote on his Instagram page.
