David Osiany has sued Aoko, the bean plug and journalist but she’s unbothered, and continues to spill their alleged rendezvous sessions at her bedsitter.
She alleged that she was pursuing opposition leaders she had been involved with romantically because they had launched attacks on President Ruto through whom her life has changed. She has managed to move to a bigger house, constructed a home for her mother and gone back to school.
Prior to this, she had worked as a social media officer for one of the opposition parties, which granted her access to multiple politicians. Over the weekend she continued with he allegations and tweeting without a care.

Aoko disclosed on Monday, May 8th, 2023 that the well-known politician had filed a lawsuit against her. She provided evidence in the form of a screenshot of an email sent by the politician’s lawyer, requesting her immediate attention.
“I deactivated my account for security reasons, and I’ve said this a million times… You can’t attack what you can’t find. But did I tell you that I have been served? I can’t wait for my day in court. Did you see M**, J*** pull this sh*t on me? Huyu nitavuruga kama nugu (I will destroy him like an idiot). Warn him,” Aoko said in her caption under the screenshot.
