Willis Raburu Lands Job At Governor Sakaja’s Office Days After Quitting Citizen TV 

Raburu Admits Eating A Lot Made Him Fat To The Extent He Had To Undergo Weight Loss Surgery

Willis Raburu quit Citizen TV where he used to earn a six-figure salary after landing a more lucrative job.

The media personality announced his departure from RMS on June 26, 2023.

“This week, I bid farewell to Royal Media Services, my home for 13 remarkable years. Thank you for the platform to break barriers, inspire change, and connect with all of you. Onward to new adventures!” Raburu tweeted.

Apparently, Raburu quit Citizen TV after landing a new job in Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja’s office.

Raburu will now serve as Sakaja’s Communications Director.

Speaking on Phil Director’s podcast on Monday, Raburu briefly mentioned his role in the governor’s office and shared his plans for the future.

During the podcast, Raburu described himself as a strategist and consultant, indicating that he would be involved in various projects for the governor.

“There are so many things that I think I do. I am strategist, consultant and so, I am doing some things here and there for our good governor and other companies,” Raburu said.
