Momanyi recounted how he recognized Chira and tried to assist him upon his request.
Chira, in his intoxicated state, requested to be dropped off closer to his house, and Momanyi obliged. However, upon reaching their destination, Chira attempted to flee without paying the boda boda rider, displaying erratic behavior due to his intoxication.
