Jude Magambo, a man who proudly embraces his identity as “Manzi wa Meru,” has surprised many by fearlessly acknowledging his queerness on the internet.
In a recent interview with blogger Nicholas Kioko, Jude Magambo, who often presents himself in public wearing female attire, opened up about his journey of self-discovery and acceptance.
“I have been embracing same-s3x love for quite some time, and as suspicions about my true self grew, I decided to take the bold step of coming out to the public without any fear. Hiding who I am was no longer an option,” said Jude Magambo.
He went on to express his genuine appreciation for his identity as a queer individual who often presents himself as feminine, hence adopting the moniker “Manzi wa Meru.”
“I truly embrace my queerness, and I take pride in my ability to express myself authentically. I use the name ‘Manzi wa Meru’ because it resonates with who I am, the lady in the relationship,” Jude says, as he blushes like a princess, from an old book’s fairy-tale.
“While many may not understand or appreciate my choices, I am un-apologetically proud of who I am; it’s a beautiful thing, and I cherish it,” Jude added.
Addressing the rumors about his relationship with Tiktoker Brian Chira, Jude firmly denied any romantic involvement between them, clarifying that they were simply friends.
“Brian Chira and I were close friends, but at this point in time, we are no longer friends. Our connection was primarily based on friendship, and I supported him as a friend, especially during challenging times.”
“I stood by him through thick and thin and even encouraged him to address his issues, including his struggles with alcohol,” Magambo reveals.
Jude also says a married man with a family and kids gave him a lot of money to keep their relationship secret and private til death.
