Kenyan songbird Jovial has urged her followers to get children when they are only ready.
In a post on her Insta stories, the Jeraha singer admitted that co-parenting is one of the toughest things in the world.
According to her, one of the parties are usually bitter hoping to punish the other but in the process, the victim is the child.
“Co-parenting has got to be one of the most draining things on this earth. In most cases one party is usually still bitter wakidhani they are getting back at you when the real victim is the child,” she said.
Jovial concluded that people should have children when they are both mentally and psychologically prepared.
“When you tell your close people you having a baby watakutishia na story za body changes ujitayarishe kumbe you need to prepare yourself mentally and psychologically. Have that child when you are ready to have that child,” she concluded.
Previously, Jovial had spoke highly of her baby daddy saying that he was a real father. Jovial advised men who wanted to date her to have at least half of his characters.
“I always say this, any man who will date me should be at least half like the father of my child.. Man, that guy is always behind me. Either way, I have no drama. My daughter has a real father,” the singer wrote.
The recent post however has sparked speculations on whether she is having issues with her baby daddy.
Jovial has managed to keep her daughter as well as her baby daddy under wraps. She however previously hinted that the baby daddy is from the Maasai community.
Jovial is currently in a relationship with Mike.
