Huddah Monroe has taken to Instagram to share candid reflections on her rebellious teenage days, revealing how she escaped home to explore the lively streets of Nairobi alongside legendary musician Prezzo.
In a series of insightful Instagram stories, Huddah opened up about her wild past, noting the profound experiences that led her to run away from home for two years.
“Adolescent life Despite that, my rebellious ass I was a wild child! I ran away from home for 2 years galavanting Nairobi streets some months with Prezzo,” Huddah disclosed, highlighting the intense nature of her youthful adventures.
Delving deeper into her formative years, Huddah recounted a pivotal lesson imparted by her mother, who opted for a shocking method to impart wisdom about relationships and sexuality.
“How mothers know you are looking at boys is also wild. My mom took me to Kenyatta Hospital to see people with HIV/AIDS She said it’s coz of sex, and my 16-year-old self was traumatized.
“After that, she immediately started giving me advice on men and using protection. She said ‘You are grown now, I can no longer be there to take care of you, my daughter, go out there, conquer the world, be great & protect yourself,'” Huddah Monroe stated.
The relationship between Huddah and Prezzo has been anything but straightforward, with dramatic twists and turns marking their history together.
In 2014, Huddah sparked widespread discussions by revealing that Prezzo was her first love and the one to take her virginity.
