Former gospel singer Weezdom has shared an update about his health status, after three months of maintaining a low profile on social media.
The singer last posted on July 13, revealing that he had been admitted at Ladnan Hospital in Pangani. At the time, he didn’t reveal what had been ailing him but he said that he had been sick for some time.
In his recent post, the artist said that he was discharged from Ladnan hospital on July 24 and later transferred to a hospital in Limuru as his situation worsened.
“Good evening family. I’ve missed you all. The last time I posted ni kitambo. Hio time I was sick and hospitalized at Ladnan Hospital Pangani. Thank you for your prayers ila najua mnashangaa why I’ve been silent since then. Ni kwasababu after being discharged from the hospital, my situation worsened and I was transferred to Nobility House Treatment and Rehabilitation centre in Limuru,” Weezdom revealed on Friday.
“Since then this is my 84th day here at the facility and I’m still receiving professional and psychological help,” he said.
He urged fans to continue praying for him and support him where they can.
“Nitashukuru sana. God bless you all,” Weezdom said.
Netizens have wished him a quick recovery as others shared encouraging messages.
“Well done for acknowledging you needed help. Take a day at a time, even an hour at a time when need be and before you know it, you will start living a purpose filled life. Always remember you are loved and you are amazing,” read a comment.
