Zari warned broke women to avoid plastic surgery while insisting that the cost of cosmetic procedures doesn’t stop with the visit to the surgeon.
“The issue of a woman waking up one day and she decides her belly is big and needs trimming, women, I’m telling you, nobody should make you feel bad about this… Why should you have a big belly yet you have money to undergo plastic surgery?”
“Also, what people don’t know is that after the surgery, you need to observe what you eat, you need to exercise, you need to live a healthy life, drink your vitamins… All those things,” Zari said while speaking to journalists at the Sheraton Kampala on Thursday, October 26, 2023.
The 43-year-old mother of five has undergone multiple plastic surgeries in her life.

Abdominoplasty is a type of surgery performed to tighten loose muscles, and to remove fat and excess loose skin from the abdomen.
Zari has been forced to come out and explain how she got her artificial dimples.
Many had suspected that the mother of five went through a surgery to modify her cheeks.
Zari also underwent a procedure in Turkey to get artificial dimples.
This is after she revealed that she can now smile comfortably after visiting a dental clinic in Turkey.
