At least 35 witnesses will be called to shed light on Jeff Mwathi’s death and Hinga thinks DJ Fatxo could interfere.
The controversial blogger, who has been a real terror to Kikuyu celebs who are cheating on their spouses, warned DJ Fatxo against interfering with witnesses ahead of the inquest,
Martha Hinga commented on DJ Fatxo’s post saying, “August 10th haika far. Ama ushahongana tayari? ”
The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) in April 2023 forwarded to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP)’s office for action the file on the investigations into Jeff Mwathi’s death.
According to the DCI report, Mwathi’s death still remains inconclusive with possible suicide suggested as the strongest explanation for how he met his death.
DPP acting on the DCI’s file failed to charge DJ Fatxo and ordered an inquest into Jeff Mwathi’s death.
The inquest into the death of Jeff Mwathi will now be held on August 10th, 2023.
The matter was before magistrate Zainab Abdul on June 8th 2023, who directed the investigating officer to provide the documents he will use in the inquest to the parties involved.
