Celebrated Citizen TV news anchor Lillian Muli has recently stirred intrigue on social media with a series of cryptic Instagram stories, suggesting potential trouble in her relationship with Papa Biggy.
The first post featured a video of Muli in her car, accompanied by Rayvanny’s hit song “Vumilia.”
The song’s lyrics emphasize the importance of perseverance and mutual support in a relationship, even through humble beginnings.
Muli captioned the video with a question that hinted at her doubts about the existence of such enduring love: “Does the Love that Rayvanny is singing about still exist?”
Her subsequent post was a pointed reference to her lover, indirectly critiquing him for not reciprocating her love as he should.
She shared a quote from legendary reggae musician Bob Marley: “The biggest coward is the man who awakens a woman’s love with no intentions of loving her.” Muli added, “That hits home,” indicating the personal resonance of Marley’s words.
In a third post, Muli expressed a newfound sense of self-worth and a commitment to protecting her energy.
She declared, “This era of my life is ‘I know my worth, how can you add to it?’ No more energy vampires. If you’re not pouring into me with the same intention and love I have to offer, my energy is sacred and I will be protecting it as such.” She also expressed satisfaction in finding the term “energy vampires” to describe those who drain her without reciprocation.
The posts come just three months after Muli and Papa Biggy went public with their relationship.
In April, the couple began sharing glimpses of their romance on Instagram, showcasing their affection and couple goals.
Despite keeping their relationship private for a significant time, Papa Biggy revealed how they first met during Raha Fest which was headlined by the Nigerian sensation Davido on March 30, 2024.
