Saumu Mbuvi laments the drugs she is taking for her condition is making her get fatter and fatter each day.
The mother of two complained about her weight gain in a post seen by Kenyareports.com.
Saumu disclosed the drugs for her mental condition bipolar was responsible for her weight gain.
In the post seen by Kenyareports.com, Saumu Mbuv’s weght gain was evident by her potty wish was hanging loosely.
“So one of the side effects of bipolar medication is weight gain, and it gets very uncomfortable getting so much unexpected weight. Some days it makes me feel so bad at times,” Saumu Mbuvi said.
“Gym loading…” She added.
Kenyareports.com had previously reported how Saumu Mbuvi was working out in a gym, doing cardio, running on a treadmill and lifting weights to manage bipolar.
Bipolar disorder is a condition associated with episodes of mood swings ranging from depressive lows to manic highs. The exact cause of the bipolar disorder isn’t known, but a combination of genetics, environment and altered brain structure and chemistry play a role.
As a bipolar patient, Saumu said working out is helping her manage her intense mood swings, highs and lows, since she is more engaged in the sessions.
