Former Nairobi governor Mike Sonko has added a touch of humor to the ongoing love saga between Karen Nyamu and singer Samidoh, playfully suggesting that Samidoh is leading a team to Haiti, leaving Karen alone.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, Sonko cheekily tweeted, “Your man Samidoh is leading the team going to Haiti, enjoy now while he’s still around.”
Karen Nyamu and Samidoh have been making headlines since their affair became public. Edday Nderitu his first wife has since relocated to America with her kids.
Despite initially denying their romantic involvement, Samidoh and Karen Nyamu welcomed a son together in November 2020.
The confirmation of Samidoh as the father came in February 2021.
The two lovers expanded their family further when Karen gave birth to their second child on February 26, 2022.
Recently, Karen Nyamu publicly acknowledged Mike Sonko for his impact on her political career. She claimed that Sonko had used her to fight political opponents when he was the Nairobi governor.
