Edday Nderitu is making positive steps as a single mother of three after she made wise decision to go to US to hustle following the breakup with Samidoh.
Samidoh’s estranged wife proudly announced she is the owner of a plat of land she bought in Nakuru.
In a post on social media, Edday recalled how she struggled to pay for the land even before she left Kenya for the US.
“And I promised to share my story, and here it is.
Sometime back, I developed an urge to own something of my own – to be specific a title in my name. But I hadn’t saved much and I didnt have a regular income, so I was not sure how to go about it. A friend of mine introduced me to one company called Username Investments Ltd.
Contrary to the tales I have heard about land transactions, my experience with Username , was surprisingly pleasant. They presented me with a range of options that fit my budget and aspirations, and their customer service was top-notch. You know mimi nimezaliwa hapo Nyandarua and so I got particularly interested in one of their Nakuru project which by then was going for 399k. After all, Nakuru was becoming a city. But how was I to raise a whole 399k? This is a story for another day.
Long story short, nililipa within many months mpaka nikamaliza na sasa niko na title yangu…yes all mine. The excitement of owning something you’ve desired for many years is absolutely exhilarating – a dream come true. Nitawachapia hii story on how my journey was.
I’m happy to have found a reliable and affordable land selling company in Kenya. Username restored my faith in the industry, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking their dream plot.”
For those who have not had a good experience, I sympathize with you, but there is still hope.
#nothingbutprayers #powerofprayers.”
In another post, Edday thanked her fans who have been inspiring her to make positive strides in life.
“Thank you my online fam for the congratulatory messages on being a land owner. Over the last couple of days, I have received so many questions in my inbox about my investment journey with Username .
Most of the questions have to do with payment plan – when I paid my initial deposit, which was partly 40% of the plot price, I was worried I would not finish. Despite my cashflow challenges, Username were patient with me for 10 months. They have got a lipa pole pole instalments plan depending na uwezo wa mtu. They customize according to your income pattern so that you are comfortable when paying. To those asking whether the plots are still there, I understand the project where I bought my plot is currently sold out. However, just near there, wako na project ingine mpya – The Delight-Nakuru going for Kshs. 799k – it’s prime, 300m off the Nakuru-Eldoret highway. Now, this one is a gem! I plan to take another there. Remember, Nakuru is growing fast with its new city status.”
