Former Kiss 100 FM radio presenter Oga Obinna, found himself at the center of a heated controversy. Speaking emotionally and with anger, Obinna recounted the accusations that have been hurled at him by many others and Jony, a crossdresser and hairdresser had reached a new high.
Jony claimed that Oga Obinna and him were engaged in a romantic relationship, causing a firestorm of speculation and queer love scandal.
Eventually the hairdresser apologized after Obinna threatened to sue him for the malicious statement and clout chase using his name.
With confident and conviction, Oga Obinna denied the claims adding that he did not know Jony but knew Dennis Karuri who had carried out the interview on his YouTube channel.
“I don’t know who Jony is. I know Denis Karuri, I have interviewed him, we have interacted a couple of times. I don’t know the other guy. “So I don’t understand why he had to say that statement and he had to say it about me specifically,” he revealed.
Unless it’s a collaboration to create buzz and attention, Kenyans feel this is now becoming too much and maybe, there’s an underlined lifestyle norm that is being social engineered right in front of us.
The media personality and comedian recently revealed that his contract with Radio Africa Group had ended, and both parties had decided to end their working relationship on good terms.
Will Obinna threaten to sue, then forgive and go on as usual, this time?
