Lillian Muli is raising her two handsome boys as a single parent after breaking up with her baby daddies Moses Njuguna Kanene and Jared Nevaton Ombongi.
Lillian got married to Moses Kanene in a glitzy wedding ceremony on 6th September 2009, but divorced him after only six years of marriage.
She filed for divorce from Kanene at the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Milimani in Nairobi, on January 7th 2016, citing “adultery, cruelty and desertion” as reasons for calling it quits.
After divorcing Kanene, Lillian started making public appearances with Jared Nevaton who also turned out to be a serial skirt chaser.
Lillian has had an on/off relationship with Nevaton until late 2021. In January 2022 she sparked dating rumors after she was seen in romantic postures with tycoon Jimmy Ngechu in a car.
The Citizen TV anchor, who was born May 4th 1982, is a proud mother to two sons; Joshua who was born in 2010, and Liam who born on July 22nd 2018.
Speaking during an interview with Jalang’o, the 39-year-old mother of two confessed her undying loves for her two sons while adding she is not planning on having a daughter.
“I grew up with boys. I have two brothers so I have always wanted to have boys,” Lillian Muli said.
She added that being single mother is something she has learned to live with and has embraced the good and the bad that comes with it.
“I realized that as a single mum you have to fill in those gaps. I try to balance things with my boys, learn what they like, and do that. Being a single mum is not a tag. The people in my life are present so I don’t tag myself a single mum.”
