Diana Marua has gone after her mathematics teacher over a childhood trauma.
Diana took to Instagram to show off the things that she has since acquired while confronting her maths teachers for treating her like a nobody while in school.
“Childhood trauma is real, there is a video I am doing today na naskia nimekasirika kabisa. One of the most embarrassing moments in my life. Mwalimu wa Maths nataka uniskize na ikufikie kabisa. You see this car, this is one of many cars that I have bought. Mwalimu wa maths, this is my mansion, you treated my like a nobody in school. You know what this teacher did to me in school,” she said.
Diana added that she has employed workers who are even living a better life.
“Mr. Kimamu, Mr. Mr. Nzioka hii iwafikie nimewatch hii naskia niko hasira, I am an employer nimeemploy watu. Huyu mwalimu alifikiri nitalala maskini,” Diana said as he showed of the expensive things in her mansion.
“Hapa ni wapi, kuja nikuonyeshe, I want you to watch that video, that was the most humiliating and embarrasising thing that this teacher did to me,” the agitated mother of five said.
She further advised teachers against sidelining students who are not good in academics.
“Childhood trauma is real. If you are teacher, we are all gifted differently don’t make a child feel less of a person,” she said.

In her YouTube video, Diana and her house helps opened up on the most embarrassing moments they have ever encountered in their lives.
In her case, Diana said that she was not good in mathematics and the fact that she didn’t have enough time to do her homeworks and arrive in school early, due to house chores as the elder sister, added salt to the injury.
On the particular embarrassing day, the problem to be solved a fraction quiz and the teacher picked on her to do it
“Mwalimu wa Maths unajua hio mathematics hakuna mahali imenifikisha sahii. Ni Mungu wangu. Nikikumbuka I feel so bad. Watu wameinua mikono mwalimu akakakuja kwangu akanipatia chalk. ‘Omash what do you know? Wengine wanainua mikono hebu chukua uende ujibu hio’,'” she recalled.
At the point she was sweating profusely and could not be able to scribble anything on the chalkboard.
“Akaniuliza ‘wewe hushikanishangi vitu, hakuna kitu unashikanisha?’ The class is quiet akanipatia lecture akaniuliza what are you good at nikamwambia fractions. Akaniambia hii nini Do you even somebody in class three can do this? That teacher alinitoa class 8 akanipeleka class three katikati ya wanafunzi akaenda akaandika hio question kwa board na kuna mtoto alitoka hapo akaenda akajibu,” she narrated.
“Akaambiwa huyo ni wa class 8 and she can not. Everybody laughed at me. Ile mbaya ni kuwa na balancing tears. Ile unaweza lia na huwezi, can you imagine the embarrassment,” she further shared her ordeal.
