“Nimepata” Karen Nyamu confirmed receiving Ksh1,000 from Nicholas Ouma who said it was for fare.
It all started when Karen Nyamu took to Facebook and shared a photo of herself seated next to Kisumu Senator Prof. Tom Ojienda during a senate proceeding.
Nyamu said she was working hard in her role as a nominated senator.
“Ladies and gentlemen boys and girls Kujaribu Kila njia bila kuchagua, Kujituma Kila siku, Tutafika hapo, Lazma tutoke block au sio. All the best 🤗🤗,” Karen Nyamu captioned her post.
Facebook user Nicholas Ouma was impressed by Karen Nyamu’s work ethics and decided to send her Ksh1,000 for motorbike fare.
Karen Nyamu and Samidoh had earlier been seen using nduthi to commute within CBD.
“Kwa sababu Youth President wangu amejaribu sana wacha nikutumie 1k fare ya nduthi,” Nicholas Ouma wrote.
“Nicholas Ouma nimepata,” Karen Nyamu confirmed receipt.
“Senator Karen Nyamu what a wonderful mheshimiwa nami pia nimepata moja na nusu. I send my best regards to my Youth President. Blessed day,” Nicholas Ouma added.
Karen Nyamu has a soft spot for Luo men. In early 2022 when she had broken up with Samidoh, Nyamu received flowers from a mystery Luo man just to make Samidoh jealous.
