Ringtone Declares His Love For Bahati’s Wife Diana Marua

Ringtone says, “I love Diana very much and in fact, just in case, Bahati dies today, I am sure that the first person Diana will run to to tell him that your brother is not here is me.”

Recently, the internet was ablaze with discussions surrounding Diana Marua, who came under scrutiny for her choice of attire while taking a picture with her youngest child, Morgan Bahati. Amidst the chaos and noise, one unexpected friend emerged in the form of gospel artiste Ringtone Apoko.

In a candid interview with Mungai Eve, Ringtone Apoko opened up about his reasons for defending Diana Marua during the online controversy. He expressed his deep concern about dragging an innocent child into the commotion.

Many had started to comment that Morgan bore a resemblance to the footballer Victor Wanyama, leading to unnecessary speculation and negativity. Ringtone felt it was essential to protect the child from such unwarranted comparisons and comments from netizens.

The second and perhaps more personal reason behind Ringtone’s unwavering support for Diana Marua is love. He boldly declared his affection for her, stating that his feelings for her transcend any public perception or rumors. According to Ringtone, his bond with Diana is so strong that if the unexpected were to happen, and Bahati were to pass away, Diana would turn to him for support.

Ringtone boldly stated, “I love Diana very much, and in fact, just in case Bahati passes away today, I am sure that the first person Diana will run to, to tell him that your brother is not here, is me. Ask Diana, one day ask her, they know that Bahati’s elder brother is me. Our war outside means nothing; we love each other very much.”

However, this statement has raised eyebrows and drawn its share of skepticism. Many questioned the nature of Ringtone and Bahati’s relationship, often characterized by public feuds and disagreements.

Ringtone was quick to clarify that what outsiders perceive as hatred is, in reality, a form of constructive criticism. He argued that the intent behind his remarks about Bahati’s alleged marijuana use, for instance, was not to harm but to educate.

“We are just criticizing each other, and I have said that Bahati smokes marijuana; it is not that I hate him. I want the children and the artists who come to understand that there are things we cannot do; we are a mirror of society,” Ringtone explained.
