The Ugandan socialite Hassan has come out to reveal the root cause of the bad blood between her and Fantana, who is Diamond’s current crush.
Zari said that her beef with Fantana began in the Young Famous and African reality show and they didn’t have anything against each other before, since she also didn’t have an idea of who Fantana was.
According to her, trouble began when Diamond decided to talk ill of her with Fantana.
She further maintained that she is does not feel jealous that Diamond is chasing after the Ghanaian rapper.
“Vitu vimetokea kwa show, narudia tena, I was not jealous of that girl. Tatizo langu ni baba ya watoto wangu kukaa na mwanmke kuanza kunisema mimi. I respect Diamond so much. He is the father of my kids we are always going to have this relationship lakini mtu ukikaa na mtu uanze kunisema mimi umpee ule mtu confidence ya kunitukana hivyo, hapo he crossed the line,” Zari said.
The former singer noted that she can never sit down with her husband Shakib and start gossiping about Diamond.
She added that they wouldn’t be having issues if Diamond had dated Fantana without mentioning her.
“Diamond angetoka na huyo dem bila kunisema unajua inawezekana sasa mimi hapo najiuliza kwa nini ananisema mimi,” she said.
Zari also said that she was not being jealous by telling Fantana that Diamond has a lover back in Tanzania.
“Mimi kumwambia hivyo ni kasababu am looking out for the next woman. Mpaka Nadia, Roxette wamemwambia. Mimi imeonekana am jealous, I am not. Scenes zingine zimekatwa namwambia I don’t have a problem, yuko na mtu wake na nina mtu wangu. Nimeachana na Diamond five years nikapata wanaume wengine in between,” she said, proving that she had moved on completely after splitting with the bongo star.
While refuting claims of undergoing surgery to have Fantana’s appearance, the socialite said that the Ghanian rapper was unknown to everyone before her debut in the Young Famous and African Reality show.
“Kwanza hawezikusema mimi nimefanya mwili wangu ukaonekana kama yeye. Nani mwenye alikuwa amemjua mpaka sahi. Sote tumemjua sahizi sasa how do I know her nikaenda kujitengeneza because of her,” she said and went ahead to note that there is nothing wrong with the cosmetic surgeries.
According to her, they are intended to boost women’s self confidence.
“Mtu kuenda kujitengeneza mwili ni kupata self confidence inaitwa enhancement. Wanawake wasiogope kusema wamejitengeneza,” she noted.
She also denied claims that the show had been scripted saying, “No, show yetu ingekuwa ni script, watu tungekuwa tunasema mambo mengi.”
