Zari Hassan is now officially married to Shakib reportedly after their private nuptials.
Diva, a presenter from Wasafi, shared a post in which Zari, dressed in a hijab, appears to be getting married to Shakib. In the photos, Shakib can be seen placing a ring on Zari’s finger.
According to reports, the private wedding ceremony was attended by only close friends and family. Zari had hinted at her new relationship status a week prior, as she was seen wearing the ring.
Last month, the affectionate couple marked their first anniversary with a romantic date night, which Zari shared on her Instagram.
Shakib Cham Lutaaya is a Ugandan businessman who became an over night celebrity for his relationship with Zari Hassan.
Despite the age difference between the two, they have been in a romantic relationship for some time now. Shakib is often referred to as Zari’s “young lover” in the media due to the age gap between the two.
