A young man is over the moon after he finally got to escape paying rent in “Njaanuary” now that almost every other person out there is broke because of December splurging.
The man in question apparently lured the sexually starved landlady by liking and commenting on a photo that she had posted on WhatsApp status and slept with her.
The man took to social media to brag on social media thereafter as he posted a photo of himself together with the landlady who promised to stop asking him to pay rent on her rental apartment that the young man has been renting for some time now.
After the many hours of coitus that he had with his landlady, he bragged on social media saying that his January rent has finally been secured.
“Just a simple compliment and my January bills are sorted,” he wrote on social media as he shared a photo in bed together with the elderly woman.
