Chiki Omwukwe alias Chiki Kuruka has come out to shush people who are pressuring her to get pregnant for her husband Sauti Sol’s Bien.
Speaking during an interview with a local publication, Chiki cautioned people against asking her to get pregnant, noting that they don’t know if she is in a position to get a child or not.
“First and foremost, you don’t know what someone’s biological status is, there are so many women who are unable to give birth and you find that someone unable to do so is constantly seeing on the feed questions about when they are going to give birth. I am not saying that it’s my particular status,” Chiki said.
Chiki further faulted the pressure piled on women to get pregnant, saying that it takes a man to impregnant a woman and such both genders should be treated equally in regard to the child bearing issue.
“Second of all, I hate the gender difference because I can’t post a picture without someone saying when are you giving birth. I am yet to see that on Bien’s page, and it takes two to have a baby,” she said.
