Willy Paul, DK Kwenye Beat and several other Gospel musicians have been shamed for sleeping with young girls.
Self proclaimed president of Comedy in Africa, Eric Omondi, went on a wild rant naming and shaming the Gospel music industry for failure and all the bad things that have befallen Kenya.
They include, harsh drought, famine and the ever skyrocketing living standards amid low income and lack of cash flow.
Eric Omondi says Willy Paul and DK Kwenye Beat have been acting immoral and sleeping around aimlessly in Umoja Estate, Nairobi.
Eric revisited the incident Where DK was allegedly reported to have been infected with STIs.
HopeKid and DK Kwenye Beat, two well-known gospel musicians, were involved in a terrible s3x scandal in 2019.
The two were forced to recognize their mistakes, offer social media apologies, and of course, seek for prayers after the story took off on social media like wildfire.
Many of their fans, who respect the singers as “men of God” and role models, were shocked to learn this.
Despite their best efforts, the apologies only served to stoke the flames online.
In addition to receiving trolling, many people questioned their morality, questioning if they were genuinely sorry or if they were just trying to help the young woman.
DK Kwenye Beat also expressed regret, posting it on Facebook as well at the time.
Willy Paul unfortunately has been embroiled in so many scandals involving women and s3x since that year he rose to fame.
At one time, he was allegedly accused of having lungula at a basement with popular socialite Pendo, not to mention the countless times, he has been called out for going around estates to pick Varsity girls.
Miss P, a rising star and former signee of Willy Paul’s record label, actually came out and discussed her experience working with him.
Miss P claimed during a Youtube interview, that Willy Paul repeatedly assaulted her s3xually as soon as she began working with him in the studio.
“He forced me to have sex with him, not once not twice. I had to tell my mum because I had to get medical attention. I had to seek help and my mum helped me Alhamdulillah, otherwise at this very moment ningekua nimesha jifungua or I would be nine months pregnant,” she said.
Eric Omondi has opened a can of worms to show the rot that continues to happen in the Kenyan celebrity secret circles.
It’s terrible to imagine, what about other stories they can’t openly speak out about?
