DJ Brownskin allegedly recorded his wife as she took (sumu ya kuua mende na kunguni).
In July of last year, DJ Brownskin, a well-known Kenyan DJ, recorded a disturbing video of his wife ingesting “Lava Pesticide,” a toxic substance used to kill insects.
As he watched, he encouraged her with the words “mix them together,” and recorded the entire ordeal until she passed away, with their children present. Shockingly, DJ Brownskin did not attempt to intervene or report the incident to the authorities.
Following her demise, DJ Brownskin mourned his wife’s death on Instagram, acknowledging the profound loss he had experienced. However, the circumstances surrounding her death have raised serious questions about their relationship and the potential abuse that may have been taking place.
In one of his posts fourteen weeks ago, he also shows that he loved and adored her on her birthday.
“Happy birthday love 😍❤. You are my greatest treasure and I adore you with all i got. For this life I’m living, I’m gonna celebrate you day in day out. All the memories we created, they’ll be forever be part of me and I’m gonna treasure every single moments forever❤. Our princess and prince are doing just fine and only thing thats missing from their lives and mine is your pretty smile and beautiful face that we all loved and adored😔.
It was you, it’s you and always will be you princess 🥲. From earth and beyond, happy birthday love🥲❤” he wrote.

This tragedy serves as a stark reminder of the dangers of romanticizing relationships on social media, as they may be a cover-up for hidden abuse and torment.
Such behavior should be taken seriously, and individuals who may be in abusive relationships or marriages should seek help and support from the appropriate authorities.
The lady died last year, the old video is trending currently as netizens discuss if he should be charged for the suicide.
