Maria Actress Over The Moon As She Debuts In Another Citizen TV Hit Series 'Sultana'

Maria actress Yasmin Said has strongly denied claims she is pregnant, it’s haram in her religion for women to get pregnant outside the precincts of marriage.

The former Citizen TV actress was forced to address pregnancy claims in a post on social media.

She noted that it’s only her belly that had grown bigger, stressing that she had not been knocked up.

“Lakini mlisema hizi street mtu hawezi kua na tumbo yake tu kubwa? before you start judging that she’s pregnant ?? anyway let me mind the business that pays me!” Yasmin Said said.

The Maria actress had in past interview indicated that she is a staunch Muslim who strictly follows the teachings of her faith.

Speaking during an interview with Churchill, the Maria actress said she couldn’t even have a boyfriend because it’s haram at her young age.

“I’m just a teen na mambo mengi sio priority kwangu. Then again a come from a background where I am a Muslim, says the name Yasmin Said and kwa Dini yetu kuwa na boyfriend ni Haram.

“Halal ni mpaka wewe uolewe , uwe na mume wako bure haya mambo mengi ni kuzini (Fornication). So mambo na boyfriend hapana.

“The you know, you having a boyfriend it leads to so many thing in this life. and ukiwa mtu mzima you know what is wrong and what is right. There are some things you don’t want to happen to you and then it’s all fan and games ikiwa tu mkifurahia lakini sometimes you don’t know the outcome” Yasmin Said said.

The young actress also mentioned that she was focusing on her study, she revealed that she was pursuing a Degree in Brand Management at Daystar University.
