Content creators Thee pluto and Felicity Shiru are the latests celebrity couple to announce the end of their relationship.
It is not clear why the couple’s relationship hit the rock bottom but Thee Pluto has urged the public to desist from speculating about their breakup to avoid spreading lies.
The father of two noted that they will however co-parent peacefully.
“We have decided to go on our separate ways and end our three year relationship. Thank you for the continued support from family, friends and fans.Let’s not speculate anything not to spread lies about the situation.
“We will coparent peacefully to ensure the life of our daughter is not affected. Give us space during this hard time. Thank you,” Thee Pluto wrote on social media.
Felicity is yet to make a comment on their break up.
The announcement comes just days after netizens claimed that Thee Pluto ignored Felicity during his birthday party.
The birthday party was held on August 29 with Nominated MP Sabina Chege in attendance.
In videos shared on social media, Sabina Chege was the one who helped Thee Pluto cut the birthday cake and even fed him a piece. Felicity on the other was seen at the back as she followed the proceedings.
Downplaying the criticism, Thee Pluto laughed off, concluding with a message that nows seems could have been cryptic then.
“Ati tunaskia bloggers wanasema nini huko nje? 😂😂😂 niwaongezee chai ama nitulie?” he shared on Instagram.
The couple had broken up in 2021 after Thee Pluto got tired of the relationship.
“I’m the one who left after getting tired with the relationship. I felt like the energy was not being reciprocated back the way I wanted and that’s why I left. But then Felicity was apologetic and we continued working together and being friends,’
“When we were dating, I knew nothing about her, I never even knew her friends. Something else, I was never in her life because she was secretive. I never knew what she was up to, in terms of goals and what she wants to achieve, it was very private at that time until it reached a point I felt that we were just together in that relationship to do the videos that we used to do,” The YouTuber turned crypto trader said previously.
The couple however reunited in early 2022 and were later blessed with a daughter.
Thee Pluto and Felicity breakup announcement comes just days after YY and Marya, another celebrity couple, announced the end of their relationship while pleading for privacy during the period.
Another recent celebrity breakup is that of Size 8 and DJ Mo.
