Size 8 has opened up about dating DJ Mo before they finally got married.
Speaking during a YouTube interview, Size 8 revealed that she was not willing to marry DJ Mo when he proposed to her years ago.
The singer-cum-preacher said her mind was not into marriage when Mo proposed to her because she had just come out of a draining relationship.
“When I started dating Mo, I never thought of marriage, I never wanted marriage. I had come out of a very draining relationship. When he asked me to be his wife my mind was not into marriage,” Size 8 said.
“The irony of it is I would study about marriage, I know every verse in the bible that talks about marriage. The do’s and the don’t. It’s like God was taking me on a crash course. I never understood why,” she added.
Size 8 further advised people to ask God to prepare them for marriage before they get hitched.
“Most people make the mistake of telling God they want to get married instead of asking him to prepare them for marriage. You have to be prepared for marriage. When you are ready for something it finds you wherever you are,” she said.
