Kikuyu vernacular singer Regina Wa Anganiwe has been forced to exhume the body of her daughter on her ex-husband’s order.
Regina embarked on the painful process of exhuming her daughter’s body 10 years after she died following an ultimatum from her ex-husband.
The vernacular singer said her ex-husband rejected their late daughter saying that he didn’t sire her.
Regina on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, shared an emotional video saying she was collecting the remains of her daughter to go and bury her elsewhere.
“God give me peace to endure this pain as I take the remains of my daughter who was rejected by her father as I go and bury her where she will be treasured,” she emotionally said.
Regina’s ex-husband Bernard Muthoga had months ago claimed that the late daughter was not his, noting that he knew the child’s biological father.
Bernard told Regina to take the child’s bones and bury them elsewhere, further stating that he had moved to court to stop her from ever using his surname, Muthoga.
