Gospel singer Veronica Wanja alias Nicah the Queen has confirmed for the first time that she is a Luhya.
The evangelist uploaded a picture with his mother in the field where he said that he was filled with unparalleled joy to be in the village.
Nicah said that there are no happy feelings like those of returning to the village where she was born.

Many netizens didn’t believe that Nicah is a Luhya given that her name ‘Wanja’ is mostly associated with people from Central Kenya.
“Mimi kama Mluhya ata nishibe aje siwezi sema nimeshiba i’ll be offending my ancestors!! All I gotta say is Nimechoka
