Tanzanian singer Yusuf Mbwana alias Mbosso was involved in a road accident during Valentine’s Day.
Through his Instagram account, Mbosso revealed that a vehicle rammed into the car he was driving in leaving him with injuries on his ribs, shoulder, spinal code and his right side.
He however noted that he was doing fine after the incident
“Maumivu kwenye mbavu, upande wa kulia bega na uti wa mgongo. Ila niko salama kabisa. Alhamudullilah.(Pain my ribs, right side and spinal code, but I am very safe. Alhamudullilah,” the Hodari hitmaker said.
He further revealed that their vehicle was hit on the side he was seated. He was seated at the co-driver’s seat. The car that caused the accident was left in bad shape with its pieces scattered on the road.
“Just now, about three minutes ago, this car rammed into us. Imagine it rammed into the side I was seated. Let me show you, I was seated here,” Mbosso said in a video.
In a separate video, a police officer could be seen taking Mbosso’s pressure. An ambulance was also at the scene and the car that hit them was towed away by the police officers.
Mbosso is in US for a musical tour dubbed Valentines takeover. The tour commenced on February 10 and is expected to conclude on February 25 with a performance in Texas. Some of the areas he has already performed in include Arizona and Seattle.
He is expected to perform in Colorado and Kentucky on Friday and Saturday respectively.
