Late gospel singer Illagosa Wa Illagosa was poisoned by people close to him – his father has revealed.
Speaking to vloggers during a requiem mass for his son, Ilagosa’s father addressed claims that his son was poisoned.
“Yenyewe kwa ufupi sikua karibu lakini katika maongeo ya watu sababu sijashuhudia ama sijaangalia inasemekana alipewa sumu kwa chakula,” he said.
Ilagosa father stressed that if his son was indeed poisoned that it was done by people who were very close to him.
“Alifanyiwa mpango tu na rafiki mtu ambaye anamfahamu vizuri mtu ambaye anatembea na yeye kitu kabla hio,” he added.
Hezron Marwa was first to state that Ilagosa had been poisoned moment after it was announced that the gospel singer had died.
“R.I.P Man of God Brother Ilagosa Wa Ilagosa Gospel. The doctor confirmed you were poisoned and who poisoned you my brother I somberly remember four days before you were pronounced gone, we discussed on a phone call our way forward and you prayed for me, discussing about working together on your next project ….but the will of God for you is home,” Hezron Marwa eulogized the deceased.
