Yoweri Museveni steered clear of his daughter’s two weddings, Angela Nagasha is the president’s daughter from his second wife Enid Kukunda.
Angela Nagasha has two degrees in medicine and is also pursuing another one in engineering.
Museveni’s daughter Angela Nagasha married retired military general Henry Tumukunde’s son Amanya Tumukunde in a traditional wedding a week ago.
President Museveni was conspicuously missing during his daughter’s traditional wedding.
Museveni’s daughter married her sweetheart in a church wedding on Saturday February 26th.
Amanya and Angela’s wedding was held at St. Paul’s Cathedral Namirembe where the two said their vows and were pronounced husband and wife.
During the church wedding, President Museveni’s brother General Salim Saleh walked the bride down the aisle as the Ugandan head of state was conspicuously absent AGAIN.
After the church wedding, the reception was held at Commonwealth Resort Munyonyo with several dignitaries attending the function.
