Sandra Mbuvi Expresses Her High Standards For Love: “I Want Someone Who is Obsessed With Me!”

Sandra Mbuvi

Kenyan social media sensation Sandra Mbuvi akaThicky Sandra, the daughter of former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko, is voicing her relationship expectations, and they’re anything but ordinary!

In a recent chat with Oga Obinna, Sandra made it clear that she wants a partner who is utterly infatuated with her.

She expressed her preference for a man who goes above and beyond in his devotion—think using her photo as his lock screen and avidly following her social media updates.

When asked about the possibility of “washing”—that is, transforming someone who doesn’t fit her standards into the ideal partner, Sandra was blunt.

“Why should I? You come prepared or you go home,” she declared.

“Why would I date a broke man? Where would we go together? I want a man who can buy my wigs and handbags.”

While she enjoys a comfortable lifestyle thanks to her father’s generous support, Sandra insists her future significant other must meet specific criteria.

“I want someone who is obsessed with me. I already have one, though. He needs to have me on his lock screen, watch my TikToks, and post about me. He doesn’t necessarily need to comment, but he should be obsessed with me,” she said, raising the bar for any prospective suitors.

In a refreshing twist, the influencer also mentioned she’s open to a 50/50 relationship, suggesting she values balance despite her lofty ideals for love.

As Thicky Sandra sets her sights high, it begs the question: Who among her admirers will rise to the occasion?
